  • 04/15/19 – PSOM Brain Behavior Laboratory Study Inquiry – The of the Brain Behavior Laboratory University of Pennsylvania Department of Psychiatry has been working in collaboration with NASA to develop a neurocognitive assessment (Cognition) suitable for studying these spaceflight-related effects. Previous iterations of the computerized neurocognitive battery have shown unexpected sex effects, some of which may be characteristic of a STEM-educated population. Dr. Ruben Gur’s research team would like to investigate this potential effect by comparing Cognition performance of STEM and non-STEM-educated college students.
